Question about Xqisit OE500 ANC

The oe500 are highly recommended headphones. However, they contain a gross design flaw. This is the second time I have had to send the headphones to the repair centre, so I would like to know if they are aware of this fault or if it has already been fixed. The problem : The ear cups have a hinge to fold them up, which makes them very compact. In addition, there is a second joint that allows the ear cups to rotate, which allows the ear cups to adjust to the wearer's head. The problem lies with the earpiece that connects the two joints. The connection between the earhook and the joint, which is responsible for the rotation of the auricles, has a very weak distribution of force, which can lead to this connection breaking within approx. 6 months of frequent (daily) use due to the frequent mechanical stress. This fault could be prevented, for example, by a more resilient design (better force distribution) or a harder material.
