The monitor comes with a German power supply unit, how do I plug it into the socket? Do I have to run to Interdiscount every time to be able to use a product from you?
Hello, this is certainly very annoying. My AOC (different model) came with Schuko and CH cables. Your question or comment would be better addressed to customer service. The same thing happened to me with a TV and I complained - then I received an adapter free of charge.
