Question about Sennheiser MOMENTUM 2 Wireless
the Momentum can also be used as a stereo gaming headset. I have this Creative BT-W2 USB Bluetooth Transceiver adapter that is PS4 compatible and can be used for gaming sound and chat at the same time. If this works with the Momentum, I don't have to buy a gaming headset that is usually not usable for other purposes, such as music, film, phone, etc.

It would probably work with the Momentum 2 but not in top quality. As soon as the microphone is activated on the Momentum 2, the audio quality decreases (quality like telephone instead of hi-fi). Otherwise, it is a top headphone that I can highly recommend.
No, that's not true. The quality does not decrease when you are on the phone. It is just put in the background. Because both are not running at the same time anyway. With an appropriate gaming headset, you could adjust that. Astaro or similar
Sure, it can be used that way, but it's not designed for that. It's for on the go, for making calls and listening to music, watching movies. And a gaming headset, if you buy the right one, works perfectly for music and movies. Whether the Momentum works with your USB receiver, you have to find out for yourself or check on the internet. Maybe you should look at the Astaro A40 or A50. Or something similar. I've only used the Sennheiser Momentum with a cable on my PS4.
