Question about JBL Tune 115TWS

The left earbud keeps on disconnecting :-(. Several workaround have done (restarted, putting back in charging case, disconnect-connect in bluetooth). Still once it gets disconnect it won't back unless you put back in the charging case and not use for couple of hours again. Any help? Thanks!
