Question about Gainward GeForce GTX 770 Phantom
The graphics card is very loud, maybe because of the 650w power supply. I bought the card second hand and the HDMI/VGA/DVI connectors don't work :/ send it back?
Loud is relative. it depends on what kind of 650W power supply you have and how you have connected the card. if your power supply is too weak, there will be no picture. my recommendation as a "layman" is not to buy used goods, but to get advice from someone who has a clue, or turn to a forum such as hwluxx, computerbase, etc.
This has nothing to do with the power supply unit.
It could be that your thermal paste is no longer conducting properly.
As far as I know, this graphics card does not have VGA.
You have to check the drivers for DVI/HDMI.
If still nothing works, reset it.
Send the card back at the latest if these problems still occur.
