Question about HP Elite E243i

The energy efficiency is still advertised as A in Digitec. That's why I bought 2 monitors with the view that they were efficient. Unfortunately, I received 2 monitors that are labelled with the energy efficiency F. And the annual kWh consumption in Ricardo is also different from what is stated on the device. Ricardo: 38kWh, monitor packaging: 23kWh Which is actually nice. But still. I feel so deceived!!!
