The ear pads fell apart shortly after the warranty expired. Shortly afterwards, the remote control on the cable started to go haywire and constantly sends signals to the mobile phone so that it can no longer really be operated. According to Apple, there is no way to turn this off. Other headphones do not have this problem. The price of these spare parts is so high that you quickly start thinking about buying a new pair. Because of the close connection with the expiry of the warranty, this smells a lot like planned obsolescence to me. Question for Digitec: Does Digitec follow this phenomenon? Is Digitec looking into the introduction of a longer (voluntary) warranty period to collect cases that go in this direction and to represent the customers against the manufacturers?
