The distro plate is designed for the Hyte Y60, but could it also be mounted in another Hyte case (in my case Hyte Y70) without getting problems with the mounting? I am very inexperienced when it comes to water cooling and have so far only found an expensive variant from Singularitycomputers for the Hyte Y70.

The distro plate is specially designed for the Hyte Y60 housing and replaces the front glass pane. For the Hyte Y70 there is a separate, specially adapted distro plate that is matched to the housing dimensions and mounting points of the Y70. It is therefore very likely that the Y60 distro plate cannot be mounted in the Hyte Y70 without problems, as the housing and mounting points are different.
There is a special distribution plate for the Hyte Y70, which was also developed by Bitspower in co-operation with Hyte and is specially designed for this model. This distro plate is customised to the special features of the Y70, including the positioning of the connections and the mounting points.
So if you are inexperienced and are looking for a suitable solution for the Hyte Y70, it is advisable to use the distro plate specially developed for the Y70, as it ensures problem-free installation and an optimum fit. The Y60 distro plate, on the other hand, is not compatible with the Y70 without customisation.
