It probably won't work like that.
The T470 works with Thunderbolt3, and Displayport/HDMI is part of the protocol. The IdeaPad 330 only has USB-C 3.1. In order to use the HDMI connections of the dock, the USB-C connection would have to have DP Alt Mode, i.e. forward the display. However, this does not seem to be the case with the Ideapad 330.
The problem is that USB-C is basically just a connector. It can support the Thunderbolt3 protocol, whereby display and data etc. are included in the Thunderbolt specification.
If only USB (protocol) is supported, this can include different functions... But it does not have to...
