The device is connected to USB - C but it is not recognised ? The unit should switch on as soon as the laptop is switched on ? The white light on the back of the docking station is on, but neither the power on light nor any other light is on at the top. Is the docking station not compatible with the Pavillion HP (15.6'' i7) or are we doing something wrong? Do we need to install an additional driver?
