The description talks about the lamp being included in the kit but then you say that the delivery is without lamp. Do you mean without bulbs? Are the lamps included in the kit?
Bulbs with lamp sockets with E27 thread are included. Incandescent bulbs / LED bulbs are not included. The description is clear enough.
