The description says the battery lasts up to 10 days. The features list says battery operation? What now? Battery would be an absolute no-go.

The battery is built-in and lasts a long time. A charging cable is also included.
I use it 9 hours a day and recharge it maybe once a week. I'm very happy with it and recommend it
The built-in battery definitely lasts longer than 10 days, as the keyboard quickly puts itself into standby and also quickly activates again! and during the charging phase it can continue to be used!
It has a built-in battery, can be charged via USB-C and the runtime is really long.
