The description says that the Z5 is compatible with microSD cards, but you can also use microSDXC cards, for example the "Samsung Pro Plus microSDXC (128GB, Class 10)".

Yes, no problem. Both microSD, microSDHC and microSDXC are normal microSD cards. The only difference is the storage volume:

Micro SD - A classic micro SD has a maximum of 2 GB of storage space.
Micro SD HC - A microSDHC has between 4 and 32 GB of storage space.
Micro SD XC - A microSDXC has between 32 GB and 3 TB of storage space.

HC and XC are simply abbreviations for High Capacity and eXtended Capacity and indicate how much memory is available on a microSD. Thus, when buying a memory card, you only have to pay attention to the maximum capacity supported by your device. In the case of the Xperia Z5, this would be 200GB.
