Question about Nintendo Switch Set - Console + Switch Sports + Online Membership (365 days)

The bundle should include Switch Sports, however the game is not included. There is no download code. The game also doesn't appear in eShop as included bundle. Searched all online forums and help and it says it should be included in eShop automatically. Am I missing something?
