I had the same problem, but in the end it was the coffee grounds that blocked the system. The glowing symbol looks a lot like beans. Remove the drawer with all the coffee grounds and clean it. As far as I know, the symbol is on the quick start guide (I didn't have this machine for long and only remember it vaguely). Greetings
