Question about NZXT Kraken 360 RGB
The AIO won’t show in task manager (just as unknown USB device) and the screen, which normally shows the temperature, just shows a grey square. Is it DOA or did I just do something wrong?
seems as if the Kraken software & driver is not installed. This must be done, otherwise your windows cannot do anything with the device.
Right-click on them and uninstall/deactivate them before continuing.
Now please try the following steps:
1) Switch off the PC
2) Unplug the power cable from the PC and leave it for 5-15 minutes
3) Plug the cable back in.
4) Switch on the PC
