the ac has to be activated manually. so far so good. but recently it switched itself off again. a network switch is operated with it. any ideas?
Hello,
I don't use the Sherpa every day, and I haven't experienced this problem.
However, there is a "Time Out" function for the AC sotie when no current is drawn for more than 5 minutes.
If this function is activated and your switch consumes very little power, it's possible that the AC source cuts out unexpectedly.
In the settings there is the option Auto-TimeOut. If this is activated (default setting), the inverter switches off after 5 minutes if no or very little power is drawn. The inverter also switches off if it becomes too hot (too much output and/or fan blocked).
