the 5 side buttons on the mouse don't work for me (s1-s5) i want to use the buttons in fortnite for example but nothing happens when i press them.... can someone please help?

The side buttons can be set up and configured via software.

Configuration of the mouse buttons: Both the buttons on the upper side of the mouse
as well as the side buttons can be configured freely. Please click on "Front
or "Side" to reach the desired settings. To reassign a key
key, click on the number in the list to the left of the mouse image that corresponds to the desired key.
