Question about Honor 6x
The 2nd SIM slot has only a 2G connection, can I still use it with the mobile data of SIM 1 even if I want SIM 1 not to be able to receive phone calls and SMS?

This is possible. From the phone, the desired setting can be configured as follows:
Settings --> Dual SIM Settings --> Default Mobile Data = SIM1 (4G )
Default Call SIM = SIM2 ( Calls / SMS )
