Thanks for the answer! But my problem is as soon as I'm on the road and I no longer have an internet connection! Connecting to the W-LAN in the shop works just like at home. Just not when I'm on the road, even though I haven't changed my subscription or SIM card. Receiving calls, making phone calls and sending text messages all work...
Hoi and gerngeschehen (didn't see your answer because as a new question... easy) - so, 2 possibilities fortunately:
- Turn on roaming:
Activate roaming for Motorola
Tap on the app bar at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on 'Settings'.
Tap 'More'.
Tap 'Mobile networks'.
Tap the slider next to 'Data roaming' to switch on roaming.
- Check with your provider: SwisscomShop, Salt, Sunrise-UPC... or call them right away - if necessary something more exotic, which we both can't solve here via PingPong chat.
