Switching from Emporia Smart3 to Smart 5, what do I need to consider?

Not much has changed, except that the battery life is longer and therefore better. Otherwise everything is the same. GOOD and useful!
Unfortunately I can't answer this question as it's the first Emporia!
Much better in all aspects. Faster and easier to use. Small but better scren and good camera.
