Question about Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max

Surprisingly, this morning I received an email that the iPhone 14 Pro Max 256Gb will not be available until the beginning of February 2023. I ordered this at the beginning of December, and according to the delivery date at that time (as well as today) it will be delivered by 23.12.2022. I find it a pity that Digitec makes such promises and can't keep them:-S furthermore, exactly the same Iphons are sold on with the same delivery time and even more expensive (ordered 1411.-Chf) from today 1735.-Chf (+23%). This means that those who order today will pay more and receive it on 23.12? or will they also be informed by e-mail that there are delivery bottlenecks and that they will have to wait almost 3 months for the device:-S
