Question about Xiaomi Poco F3

Am I the only one who has problems making calls with the Xiaomi Poco F3? When making a call (on the ear like before...) the screen switches on and functions are carried out by mistake (keypad tones, record call etc.) so actually you can NOT make a call with it (at least not the classic way on the ear).

The mobile phone doesn't work properly for me either. Some apps can't be loaded, it switches off when I make a call, the torch always goes on by itself. I sent it to Galaxus and they couldn't find any faults. Phone was returned to me, but the same problems as before. I can throw the phone in the bin

I am very satisfied with the F3 and have no problems whatsoever with classic phone calls to the ear.

A tip that may also help others:
Yesterday, I had the problem that phone calls no longer worked. Neither outgoing nor incoming calls worked. When people tried to call me, they said they couldn't be reached.
I took out the SIM card and cleaned it, but that didn't help.
Since the Poco F3 is a dual-SIM device, I simply tried the SIM card in the second compartment, i.e. on the back of the SIM holder, where you can put the second SIM card, and then everything worked again.
I hope it stays that way.

I returned my Poco F3 unopened for exactly these reasons. The risk of also having such problems was not worth it to me, even though it is actually a very well-equipped phone.

I also have big problems with the Poco f3 ... the conversation is constantly interrupted. The reception is then briefly gone. A reset did not solve the problem. I'm at Swisscom ... they didn't know the solution either.

We own two Poco F 3 and are very satisfied so far.

Possibly perform a reset. I do not know these problems. I am absolutely satisfied with the part.

I also have this from time to time when I hold the device to my ear. It seems that the proximity sensor is not working correctly.
