Can't the scalpers just be banned? Back then, you started a pre-sale for the graphics cards, counted all the orders afterwards and only delivered them after a positive review.

I do not understand you. On 18.11 at around 6pm, my colleague was able to put the Xbox in the shopping basket and it was sold/sent on 23.11 as indicated by Digitec. He also received it yesterday. So what is this all about?
