Question about Apple Studio Display Standard

Sorry, but not like that: no CH plug (Schuko or whatever) was included. Of course, for the price you get DE imported goods. Nevertheless, the adapter should be included, dear Digitec.

Helpful answer

It was exactly the same for me. Display with Schuko plug. The problem is that the power cables are permanently installed in the Studio Display. The only solution is to use an adapter. Or how I did it: Complain and send it back.

EU version here too with no adaptor... what a con and now they're going to charge me a restocking fee to return it no doubt!?

The display was delivered with the Schuko plug and it is impossible to replace the cable. This detail is not indicated anywhere, but we are in Switzerland and we expect electrical sockets to be Swiss (also because all manufacturers clearly indicate that the warranty is void if adapters, reducers or sockets other than the original are used). I proceed with the return and expect that I will not even be charged the shipping cost because the error is clearly Digitec's.

@chrisshent
As I said: I sent the monitor back and ordered a model with a CH connector from another supplier (and by the way - I also treated myself to the upgrade to a height-adjustable studio display).

File a complaint with the Heavy Current Inspectorate, the more people do this, the more things happen.
