Question about Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact

The Sony Xperia XZ1 is effectively no longer available from our suppliers. Unfortunately, we have no further information on this, so it will not be available in the foreseeable future.

I still got it here in 2018.

With German Vodafone software. I then exchanged it. Early 2019 .
Galaxus told me that I had "locked" my old device.

But I have not locked anything.

Now they want to blame me for their mistake and I also have to pay twice for the fact that I would have 1 mobile phone in the end.

I will probably also return the exchange device and demand my money.

But either way, I'm no longer a customer.

I work in IT anyway and know colleagues who can provide legal assistance in such cases.

Oh, and regarding: Are there no more ??? Where did I get my replacement device from?
Why did they tell you there were none but I still got one?

Maybe it's just a scam, because Digitec got it wrong in the beginning.

Here in this shop, I will NEVER buy anything again. I'd rather pay eppis more and have no worries. Bridge, top prices, microspot.... there are better ones.
