As we purchase from various suppliers, we cannot guarantee that a product comes from the official Swiss importer. Only then would the 4-year warranty from Sony be possible. You can recognise whether the product has this manufacturer's warranty by the sticker on the packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot check this before purchase. There is no mention of this here.
