so I can plug my samsung galaxy s10 + on it I plug the monitor to the usb sector and I can watch a youtube video on the monitor and the whole thing recharges the s10 and the monitor? and for the sound I pass in Bluetooth on my car radio and it works? it is to install the monitor in my camping bus thank you Sébastien

This monitor does not charge other devices at all. Besides, this monitor does not support sound through Bluetooth. If your Samsung tablet device supports connection to external monitor then it is a) through USB C (power supplied by your device) or through USB A. USB A requires external power supply (it comes with the monitor).
