Are the devices in Europe all from the same production - resp. can the language be changed and from which countries are the pre-installed maps available? I would need UK...

Unfortunately, I don't know if all European devices are from the same production. However, it should be possible to change the language easily via the menu and a cycling map of the UK should also be included.
