Question about Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5

Since yesterday, my Fold 5 has had a black line 5mm wide in the crease and the touchscreen no longer works. When closed, it still works without any problems.

Hello Walter, unfortunately this can happen. As a tip, go to the Samsung Centre Mobile at Giesshübelstrasse 30 in Zurich. They will take care of the problem. Greetings Thomas
