There was a time when Digitec would include a Swiss cable in the package in such cases. Today, you have to read in the comments that the right cable is not included and then go looking for it yourself.
Which cable is needed? It is not a normal computer power cable.

Please contact the customer service so that they can supply you with an appropriate cable/adapter.

Digitec has not sent me a Swiss plug according to standard SEV 1011, although they are obliged to do so (or alternatively to send a fixed adapter) (source: SRF Espresso/Kassensturz).
This is customer-unfriendly, not legal (requirement of the Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations) and, since it obviously happens repeatedly, in my view an impertinence.
