Since the last Windows update on 30/08/2019, the Asus ROG Claymore is no longer recognised. Drivers including ROG Armoury software have been installed, but it just shows up as an "Unknown USB device" and won't light up or accept a command. Asus itself couldn't help me either and Microsoft doesn't get back to me either.... Does anyone else have this problem or has this already been solved? I would be really grateful for answers, because I've only had the keyboard for a good two weeks and it worked wonderfully before the update.
I used to have the same problem after booting up (could not log in because the keyboard was not active). Often the USB mouse had the same problem at the same time. At that time, a normal restart of the PC helped (as there were probably general problems with controlling the USB). Unfortunately, I can't offer you any help except that it works for me now without any problems despite the latest Win10. So it's probably an individual problem with other PC components.
there may also be a hardware defect... my first claymore was DOA... the second one works fine...
try to test the KB on different systems quickly and if it doesn't make a difference i.e. still doesn't work then I would try to claim the warranty
