According to the case sepcs ( http://www.phanteks.com/Enthoo-Pro-M-TemperedGlass.html ) the GraKa may be 420mm or 300mm with 3.5" bays installed (if you need them at all, and if so you can leave the space where the GraKa is and mount it further down). The GraKa measures 29.8 cm. Theoretically, it would fit in.
