Since the beginning of my studies, I have also been using the headphones as a headset for Zoom calls. Connecting to the Surface pro is no problem, but after about 20 minutes the buds simply switch off and I have to switch them on again, which means I sometimes miss important information or people suddenly can no longer hear me.
Is there a solution for this? Thank you

I don't use the headphones anymore for this exact reason, they are not good in terms of connection, sound quality. Switched back to ipods and everything works great.
