I haven't ordered a gpu at the moment, but I have already made the experience that these times are not always correct, especially at the moment with the mining hipe...
You can hardly rely on the stated time, if you order now it probably depends on your luck whether you get the card in the stated time, since the mining hipe is now somewhat subsiding, the risk is no longer too great that you have to wait several weeks or even months.

If I were you, I would probably order, but no one will be able to tell you how long it will actually take...
