Does anyone have an idea why the Windows key doesn't work on my PC and this keyboard? Otherwise I love the keyboard, it's already my second one (I wasn't very nice to the first one).

Of course, it's hard to know exactly what's going on.
The most obvious explanation would be that you have switched on the game mode (https://i.imgur.com/i0kVyPy.png button 4).
Check this if you haven't done so before. It could also be that it is set in the Logitech software but the LED is not lit on the keyboard.
