Question about Sony PlayStation Portal remote player

I clarified it again with customer support. It really does come later in Switzerland than in the EU.

The article now says sales start 01.12. But the order in my customer account says 12.01.2024. Is it just a transposed number or is there actually a strange difference?

Can the device really not be used via a mobile hotspot with 5G?

I was also surprised that it is now apparently activated everywhere in the Swiss stores. But only from 12.01.2024 and Sony itself says 15.11.2023, I think Sony is only doing exclusives for itself and then officially everywhere in stores from next year. I can't imagine anything else.
