Question about Sony Breakdown protection 5 years
Should I have received something in addition (activation number or something) or is the mention of the breakdown cover on the invoice enough?
You should have received a card with a code. The card looks like the one in the product picture. This must then be activated on the Sony page with the serial number and other details: https://www.sony.eu/activation
At the end you will be sent a certificate by email and the possibility to download it directly from the site. This all takes about five minutes.
