Should I buy this graphics card or the Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Pulse to go with my MSI B450 TOMAHAWK?

If RTX is important to you, then you can buy it, if not then buy the 5700 XT, e.g. from XFX. If you need the performance of a 5700 XT and want RTX, then buy the 2070S.
