Should I buy an i5-8600K for a 1070 Ti and overclock it or an i7-8700? And is overclocking the graphics card and RAM recommendable? Thanks in advance :)

For gaming, this hardly plays a role, rather for other applications that demand more from the CPU. Recommend, well, if you want, if you know how, if it's worth it. Sure! Otherwise you can leave it alone. I recommend that you research and understand the whole thing yourself. Then you can see for yourself whether the effort and the risks are worth it for the little bit of extra work.
