Setup: Lenovo notebook. HDMi connection is already in use for a monitor. I would now like to expand my current setup with a second external monitor. With this adapter can I connect a second monitor via the USB A (with lightning ;) ) port to connect a second monitor?

No, you can't because they are capture links.

This product may be suitable for connecting an HDMI connector to a projector, but not for expanding the setup with a second/third monitor.

I wanted to operate a monitor with the Sandberg via the USB interface of the PC. But that did not work.
