Question about Satechi ST-TCMA2M

Satechi lists my HP spectre as compatible. Unfortunately, I have occasional connection interruptions. It's not the hardware. I therefore connect the monitor (for charging the laptop + USB-C signal) to the second socket of the PC. It's a shame when you have to plug the dock in twice at home. However, the sporadic interruption of the network signal (RJ45) is annoying. Does anyone have a tip? According to the Satechi homepage, no additional drivers are necessary. Accordingly, there are no downloads. But the part is rather expensive, just to connect a network cable and this is then not 100% stable.
