There was no chest strap included, I don't know how the measurement works, I have a chest strap from another product that works.
No, the chest strap is not included. I have a Polar H10 and can only recommend it (the Garmin strap chafes for me).
An ant+ heart rate sensor must be paired. No sensor or belt is supplied.
