Question about Zens Aluminium Dual Wireless Charger + Watch

Recently bought the Aluminium Dual Wireless Charger Watch from you. Unfortunately, it won't charge my AirPods (3rd gen) - depending on how you put it on, it flashes white but won't charge it. Is the charger from Zens compatible at all? According to my information, both devices are Qi certified and it should actually work. Thanks for any feedback.
