Quick question, I bought the Huawei P20 Pro myself. What confuses me, is there a protective film on it from the start? The first film could be removed without any problems, now it looks like there is another protective film on it, but I'm not sure if you can/should remove it.

Yes, the "2nd film" is one that Huawei has applied and you can leave it on. This is the case with some Huawei devices and is actually a nice service ;-) However, you should bear in mind that this is "only" a film and by no means armoured glass or similar. I've already heard from some people that it doesn't fit them, in which case you can remove it without any problems. Greetings
