Question about Deltaco GAM-100

Question to the community: Caps lock + W keys do not work together. Separately Caps and W do work well. However, together they do not (e.g. in a game caps is bond to the run function, so when I press caps and W a character should run. But nothing happens.). On my laptop computer this function works well, on the deltaco gaming no. In the same game the same time: on the laptop - yes, on the deltaco keyboard - no. So this must be some settings in the keyboard itself, I suppose. I like this keyboard a lot, but these two keys are the main I use in the game, so I will have to return the keyboard if I do not solve this problem.
