Question about ASUS ROG Ally

Question for digitec, I've had confirmation from another seller that the number of pre-orders exceeded the number of units they were due to receive. Can you inform the people who ordered it (to clarify the situation) if you are also in the same situation? That would be more correct, and can you also change the delivery status in the accounts of people who won't be delivered in June? Personally, I've also received an email saying that my delivery status has been pushed back to August, but there's been no change in my account (after 2 days). Putting a delivery date doesn't mean that it will be delivered on that date, and it's not very commercial to let consumers believe that they can be delivered on 13.06, be debited 799.00 and then have to wait 2 months. Some companies only debit on the day of delivery, for example.

According to the information available to us, we will be receiving several batches of this item (some after the initial release date).
If you do not wish to pay in advance, you can of course choose to pay on invoice at the checkout.
The order status should be up to date in your customer area and it is not normal for this to remain unchanged if you have been notified by e-mail that the goods will arrive at the beginning of August. We apologise for this.
In order to clarify the situation, please contact our customer service department, which can be contacted by e-mail, chat or telephone via the help centre: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc...
