Question :) ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme fits well in there? with the tower and a CPU water cooling? ... or will it be tight?

YES, the housing really does have a lot of space for it.

That's no problem, the enclosure has enough space for you to really let off steam :)

So yes, the mainboard has an e-atx factor and it has to go in.
because otherwise my e-atx mainboard wouldn't fit either.
