Power consumption: The power consumption is given as 110 W. As far as I know, for appliances this basically means the power at maximum operation (without causing damage/excessive wear). For monitors, would this be the power with a screen brightness of 100% and all properties such as the refresh rate set to 240 Hz? I use the G9 almost continuously with the brightness at 5% + Adaptive Sync + 240 Hz. I don't know if it's the same with gaming monitors, but normally the screen brightness consumes the most power. Can I therefore assume that with such a low screen brightness, the power consumption is also a lot lower?

Hello,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Basically, the power consumption is always specified at full power and not in standby. At the default settings (e.g. also when you reset the settings on the monitor), the annual power consumption is 80 kWh. If you reduce the brightness or power a little, the power consumption will also be reduced a little.

I have measured this for you with the whole system in idle mode.

At 100% brightness and 240 Hz, the system draws 710 W.
At 100% brightness and 60 Hz, the system draws 680 W.
At 5% brightness and 240 Hz, the system sees 655 W.
At 5% brightness and 60 Hz, the system sees 630 W.

Delta between 100%/240Hz and 5%/60Hz is therefore approx. 80 W.

I hope this helps you.
