Please help. I bought the Playbase and 2x Sonos One gen2. I have installed everything and connected the Playbase to the Lan cable and the optical cable to the TV. My problem: when watching TV, the two Sonos One are practically inaudible, and there are no voices coming out of the boxes, only background music from the film... I can't control the boxes individually and don't understand why. Can anyone help me?
Hi, so, set up the Playbase correctly and add the two One's. Then it looks like this: ROOM NAME (+LS + RS), if necessary + Sub. Then go to System on your smartphone and select the room. In Sound (below), you can select between Background and Full under Surround audio under Music playback, and increase the level if necessary. Of course, Surround Speaker must be switched on (button at the top).
It works perfectly for me. But I had to look for the selection first. If it doesn't work, the reason could be a wrong setting on the TV.
